UK Tracked Delivery
We aim to despatch orders placed online before 1pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm are usually despatched on the next working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
We use a 48-hour tracked delivery service for all orders, either via Royal Mail, DPD or UPS. As soon as your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email with courier tracking details. You can track your order at any time with this information.
Please note: if we don’t have an item in our warehouse, it may take a week for you to receive your order.

What happens if I’m not in when the courier knocks?
All our packages are sent using a tracked postal service – we don’t want your fantastic new items to go walkabout! If you’re not in, our courier will leave a card explaining whether they will attempt a re-delivery, ask you to rearrange delivery, or let you know where you can collect the item from.

- All UK returns are charged at £5 which is deducted from the refund total.

- Please note there is a £15 re-stocking fee for our cowhide rugs due to them needing to be ironed and folded by our team
- Beanbags and bedstools refunds are priced at £19.50 due to their size.

As a 100% natural product, reindeer hides require a bit more care than synthetic rugs to keep them in optimal condition. With proper care, you can maintain their beauty for many years. The good news is that there are simple tips you can follow to extend the life of your reindeer hide.
Tip 1: Airing the Hide
When you first get a reindeer hide, expect some shedding of loose hair. This is normal and caused by the treatment processes during manufacturing and transport. Airing the hide outdoors will help remove loose hairs and any initial odor. Just avoid direct sunlight to protect the fur’s color and prevent hair loss. You can lightly comb the fur to remove loose hairs and keep it looking fresh.
Tip 2: Limit Foot Traffic
Reindeer hides are made up of hollow hairs, which are prone to breaking with excessive foot traffic. To prolong its lifespan, avoid placing the hide in high-traffic areas. Consider using it as a decorative piece on a sofa, bed, or wall, where it won’t be stepped on frequently.
Tip 3: Hang it on the Wall
Reindeer hides are ideal for wall decor, as they won’t be handled as often. While you can fully use the rug, frequent handling will reduce its lifespan.
